* Enter the school you want to help win the Ernie Cup (most bracket points). You need not have attended that school or be affiliated with it in any way. The winning school need not be a participant in the tournament

Official Rules for the Ernie.com CFP Ticket Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
- Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and reside in the United States.
- Employees of Ernie Sports Media, their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
- Participants must sign up for the Ernie.com Tournament between 8:00 AM EST on December 9, 2024, and 11:59 PM EST on December 20, 2024.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple sign-ups by the same participant will not increase the chances of winning.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Prize:
- The prize consists of two (4) tickets to the College Football Playoff (CFP) Championship Game.
- Travel, lodging, and other associated expenses are not included.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on December 21, 2024.
- A third-party randomization tool will be used to ensure a transparent and auditable selection process.
- The winner will be notified via the email address provided during sign-up by 5:00 PM EST on December 22, 2024.
- The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected.
5. Taxes and Documentation:
- The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.
6. Publicity Release:
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Ernie Sports Media to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions:
- Ernie Sports Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances compromise its integrity.
- Ernie Sports Media is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or issues outside its control that affect participation or prize delivery.
8. Data Privacy:
- By participating, entrants agree to the use of their personal data in accordance with Ernie Sports Media’s privacy policy. Information collected will only be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
9. Transparency and Randomization:
- The random selection process will be conducted using a reliable third-party tool to ensure fairness. Documentation of the process will be maintained for transparency and auditing purposes.
10. Additional Terms:
- No purchase is required to enter or win.

Legal Compliance:
- The giveaway complies with U.S. laws and regulations regarding sweepstakes. Registration is not required in states where the prize value is below applicable thresholds.
